CC has gone to great lengths to make sure their form builder makes bullet proof code and that it function for all users. This is what makes it tricky to reverse engineer their code and make it display what you want. Making HTML email is a very tough to do with any kind of fancy design. One of the problems is when you submit your form and you use all the built in php processing, the variables get unset. I think it's on about line 411 of the config.cls.php that the function to unset the variables is at. I think if you comment part of that out the variables wont get unset and you can unset them at your redirect.
