jQuery version conflict? - Post ID...

The FB pop-up window has a section that gets put in the <head>. It has a link to jQuery: jquery-1.4.4.min.js

MB also links to jQuery: jquery-1.8.2.min.js

If I have both on the same page, is it going to cause a conflict?

I just tested it. Apparently there isn't a conflict. Are all jQuery versions backwards-compatible?

Compatibility relies on which methods your using.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
