Why does the address field extend past all the other fields, and even past lined where the element match up to 100% widths?

Which address field are you referring to.
Web or email?
Did you set it's width % to something other than 100?

Its a 100% width text field, and I set the padding to 0,0,0,0.
Underneath and above, there are other fields, all padding: 0,0,0,0. But there are two or more text fields on these lines, each line set so that the fields add up to 100%, and the single text field for address still extend beyond the right side of the other fields on the right.

The Job application template is the example.

Simply adjust the left padding for all the other elements to line them up. By default, most have 4px. Using all 0px will not work though. You will have to tweak each field.
