Issue with Chrome

When I am using the form online, I have come across an issue. When I click to enter a date in the date boxes, 2 calendars appear, and no matter which one I click on, it always says it is an incorrect format.

Any ideas?

I would open a support ticket Simon. I'm thinking it's an issue with two calendars being on the page. That's weird that FX is fine though.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

This is a known issue and will be fixed in version 2.1.
