If I have a self installed wordpress site on storage with Godaddy, with a custom theme. Will I be able to use form builder and have it work? Like if I was to create a Page in Wordpress, and use the code, would it be compatible?

It should be. I would take the trial version for a spin and take a look at what others have done to make it work not only in WordPress but GoDaddy. The one thing that willl make it less painful is to change the src in the iframe script that the form builder supplies absolute.

If you go to the Support menu selection at the top of this site you can go to the Support Articles and there is a detailed article on how to use it in Wordpress. There is also a long thread in the forums here detailing how to do it.
