In the past I have always used web forms that just email the forms to an email address instead of putting them in a database or elsewhere. Is this possible with this program?

Are you asking about the actual form, or the form result?

The form result will always be mailed to you, and if there is an uploaded file, you can choose to have it stored on the server or sent along with the mail.

If you want to mail the form itself, you should rather use RED, the Responsive Email Designer.

Yes, the form builder has email capability. You can choose to have the form results set to you and or the person that filled it out. You can also have the results sent to other email addresses in case more then one person needs to keep track of the results.
