l have a drop down field [Customers] which is in the format "Name:email@email.com" I then use this data as the "To:" field. Ok no surprises there but my problem arises when I try to create a subject eg:
Support Report for Call on [dateon] at [TimeOnsite] requested by [SiteContact] of [Customer]
How do I get just the "Name" part of the field Customer to display in my Subject. At present it shows just the email address.

Any ideas?
