Is there a video or instructions on how to do this please?
Thank you

Inserting a WebForm into a Site...
Not to my knowledge, but you have to export the form and use a 'html element' for the bit of code that goes into the page at whichever location you want to have the form to appear. Then you upload the files pertaining to the form separately to your server.
If you don't need a very complex form, maybe you can use the one I have in my sharing library (URL in signature). If you download it, you will find a 'tweaking sheet' included. Just make sure that you pick the version you need, e.g. if you are using SD3 with Bootstrap, you need to take the one in the SD3 column with BS in the name.
Also, this form can be saved as a component and inserted, you don't have to mess with the html element.
