Inserting a PHP variable or URL into...
We use a single form on all pages of our website. When the form is filled out, we would like to know what page the user was on. We have a PHP variable, $title, that holds the name of the page. We would like to place that value into the notification email. If that is too difficult, we could also settle for placing the URL of the page from which the form was filled out. Thanks for any direction on how to make this happen.
Hi Greg,
Here I'm using JQuery but you can easily change that.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
