Make sure the database user you have setup has the correct credentials to make the table.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I log on as root. I have created the DB and table manually as root in MySQL..no problems

This is driving me crazy...all this used to work.....i upgrade MySQL on Centos and WFB and now this problem

Still not working......i have included a copy of the WBF form ....

appreciate your help.

It use to be within a day but Coffeecup lost a few people that were deeply involved with the forum and the support topic system. I would hope you would get a response within 3-4 days.

Hi,

WFB team fixed my problem. My upgrade to MySQL 5.7 broke it and the below is required to fix. I disabled sqlmode_no_zero_date as suggested below and now it works. Thank you all for your help

"That error looks like a config issue on the MySQL server. You probably have some strict mode enabled. More specifically this setting:
