Hi All,

I have a form with an anchor tag called add another staff member, if you see the link below and go all the way down you will see the anchor tag. When I click on it, its supposed add a block of elements so the a user can enter another staff details and its working perfectly,

But when the form is submitted its not showing the newly entered staff details either on the form submitted page or in the email. I think I need to pass these values to the emails and on the page which displays once the form is submitted.

Also instead of using the jQuery if this can be achieved using the conditional display, I am open to that idea also

You will need conditionals for this.
One way would be to have a drop down with the number of staff members need and show the inputs by what is selected.
