Hi all,
So my form works great in Chrome and FF, but IE and Edge are not allowing conditional boxes to appear.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update: It also doesn't work on Safari.

What exactly is wrong with your form? I just tested it in Edge and it submitted just fine. The conditionals tied to the How can we help you? seem to work also.

When I tested it on both IE and Edge on a Windows 10 PC, and on Safari on a Mac, the conditionals tied to the How can we help you? were not working. I'll test it again.
