I deleted several times.. and even renamed my file.. and it still doesn't work.
I have two other forms on the website
http://www.kprsolutions.net/tier1app1.html
http://www.kprsolutions.net/tier1app2.html
in this case, both forms operate just fine..

one thing I did notice though.. when I am using the web form builder software I always seem to get a script message "if you have received a system warning about a script taking a long time to run etc.." I get that message with the form that I am trying to fix rite now when I try to export it

That is probably the reason for these problems. When you get that error, the form files are not getting fully created. To fix this, see this support article over at Microsoft.

the error still persists
I ran the Microsoft software and not still.. same
I only have the problem with this form: http://kprsolutions.net/esbapp1.html
I have actually recreated it twice, and still have this error when I export. I can create a basic form and it will export just fine.. but not this one, I have no clue

I would suggest you try this on a different computer and see if you get the same issues there.

The only thing I can maybe suggest on that is contacting Microsoft support and see why your OS is generating that error. According to their website, that fix they offer is supposed to address that.

Try publishing to S-Drive instead of exporting and see if that helps.

That is great. Where exactly did you have that character though?
