Is it possible to add a hyperlink in a form element?

Not through the software. You can do it however through the Automated Form Processing or Manual Export method.

Do you mean editing the HTML form produced during manual export?

Yes that's what he means.

It all depends if the hyper link is to be active on the form page or after say an email has been sent. perhaps if you state what you wish to achieve. If it is during the filling of the form then why not put it on the page besides the form.The output from a form is saved or goes to emails.

I am sure someone can help if you tell us exactly what you want the link for.
