Since I insert the form into my page I experience the following issue on Safari and Firefox, but not on Chrome:
The flat design page starts at the form which is almost on the bottom of the page. If I take the form code out, then the page works on all three browsers flawless.

Try removing the auto focus from your top input of the form.
