Is it possible to create a HTML element that could show a piece of text from a list of texts that I could place in multiple places in a single form. I have an order form that involves selecting text for different products e.g. Programs and Prayer Cards; both need to have text selected and I want the person to be able to see the text once they've selected it. Theres over 100 poems that i need to be able to show up when selected in multiple places in the form so adding each one, one by one to a "select to reveal" scenario is what I'm trying to avoid It's kinda complicated, any thoughts.

Hi Joshua
Could this be shown in a popup or colorbox type setup?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

maybe colobox, basically there would be a dropdown menu that would show all of the poems and when they select the poem it will show them said poem.

Ok Give me a little bit to look at the best approach. I've got a few events to attend tonight.

Yeah that looks great, is that something that can for example have 50 poems and then the whole element could be placed in multiple places without having to add each poem in each place?

Not sure what your trying to say about the placement of poems. Their hidden so it doesn't matter where they're at in the form. Are you wanting multiple dropdowns to show certain poems?

Well we have four products that have poems as part of the products and we have over 100 poems if someone orders a prayer card, a program, and some memorial folders we want them to be able to see an example of the poem they chose for each of those items when and where they chose it. So they order a prayer card then they see that dropdown and choose a poem, in the same form they then order a program and then they choose that poem and see an example.

The way we have previously done it is to create a dropdown and make a rule where if you select "Poem 1" it will show an example of poem 1 the issue with this is that we would have to make that same rule for and add 100+ poems in each location in the form where it was needed

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
