I am getting multiple submit from the same user with the same information.
How to prevent this, is there a setting I left out?
Please advice.

You can use a cover with jquery to block access to the submit button.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

sounds a bit like a spammer,, put in spam protection (google captcha )
