How do I get a copy of each completed form in the form format, not the excel spreadsheet format? I would like to print them out in a readable format.
Thanks, Linda

Hi Linda,
In the form builder go to settings then the Notification tab. There you can setup a notification email that will contain the form results.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I am notified when a form has been completed, but I would like the completed form sent to me as a pdf or doc file. How do I have this done?

That would take some custom coding. The variables are all available after the user submits the form so you could do a custom redirect and have the php code there execute and build the pdf file from the data.

I don't know how to do that. Feeling very sad. I would expect that others would want to do that final step - it should be coded into the program to make the form more accessible. Disappointed.

The form results are available in a html format or csv or even out of a database. Plenty of options to see data and reply. There's some online websites that you can convert csv's to pdf.
