Rest of the message is fine. See attached. I've tried everything with editing the code in WFB. Then I tried editing in RED and set ALL form results to Arial then imported back to WFB, saved, published - yet the font remains the stock horrid font in my confirmation emails. I can't use this until this is fixed - won't subject my customers to that font. I've wasted a TON of hours on trying to fix this................ EXTREMELY frustrated.

You cannot change that. If you want control over the form elements, you must insert each one individually. You can then style them however you like.
