(1) After I typed the information on my form and then pressed the submit button, then the form is blank without a thank you note. How can I add that note on the webpage?

(2) I received that form with information on my email. How can I change these words: "Hey there," ?

That would be under "Settings" then the "Confirm Options" then tick the "Confirmation Message".
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Yes, it is already selected. Here is what the Confirm Options displayed like this, but nothing happen:

<center>
<style type="text/css">
#docContainer table {margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 30px; width:80%;}
#docContainer td {font-size: 12px !important; line-height: 30px;color: #666666 !important; margin: 0px;border-bottom: 1px solid #e9e9e9;}
#docContainer td:first-child {font-size: 13px !important; font-weight:bold; color: #333 !important; vertical-align:text-top; min-width:50%; padding-right:5px;}
</style>
[_form_results_]
<h2>Thank you!</h2><br/>
<p>Your form was successfully submitted. We received the information shown above.</p>
</center>

The website address is: http://periodpetportraits.com/orderonli … nline.html . It is not hooked up with the PayPal yet. You could test it if you want to. I use my Safari 7.0.3 to submit this form. Maybe, I'll turn the PayPal on and charge you one million dollars. ;)

Off record, I don't know why I must have to use this "orderonline_exported" on my Dreamweaver software. I set up the menu links to connect the "orderonline.html" for the customers to fill their form.

Oh I see that it worked only FireFox and Opera browsers. That's damn odd for Safari browser.

What do you think of the message that says "textarea1:, select46:, textarea2:, checkbox35:, and Checkbox41:" ?

I don't mind that last_name... to IP Address on the display is fine with me.

Using Safari 5.1.7 (7534.57.2), works just fine.

This was the confirmation that was displayed on-screen. I have not yet received an email confirmation.

Just another quick note...that 'textarea1' field, and the others, are what those fields are named in your form. If you look at your form, and go to 'Properties' then look down at 'Name:' you'll see that you can rename those to whatever you like.

Been almost 5 minutes and still no email. Sure you're setup for 'Email Confirmation' ? What I'm asking I guess is did you want to send an email to the person who filled out the form? If so, you need to check the box 'Auto-Response Message'.

Okay, I will change the names on the fields. Thanks.

I am searching for the email confirmation in the exported folder. Do you know the name of a file?

See the statement that I posted at 1:06 p.m. above that contains the email confirmation. This source was in the Confirm Options ("Confirmation message") in the WFB.
