I am doing a complicated form with choices (hiring various equipment) with PayPal Standard payments. As far as getting to the Cart OK, and redirect to PayPal etc, but I want to set it up at the end that while the complete booking form goes to the business, the client only need to pay a 40% deposit. Is there a way I could do it? The client prefers the form to a shop created in Shopping Card Designer/Creator Pro.

Enter the value for 40% of the cost into the form.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Except the cost depends on a number of variables and the cart adds up the costs of the item, period, length and additional extras selected (talking about caravan hire)

Yes, but if you were to list the prices text wise on the form, and have the actual prices that it computed to be 40% it would then do all the calculations at 40% of the total cost right? As long as you make sure it's stated that the cost that is being calculated is the deposit cost I would think that would work. Not sure if that's the ultimate way to do it, but it's a possible way?

Were all hoping CC will add calculations to the form builder soon.:)

That will be fantastic! It could become an in-between solution when one does not want a full shoppingcart setup

Thanks JoAnn, it would work for the client and a lot of entry/calculation for me, will try it.
