I don't want to show some fields on notification email (my own spam question)
I know, I can configure notification E-mail for each field but I use "Display Rule" for some fields and if some fields are empty, [_form_results_] working fine for this
Second question: Where can I translate "Submitted on" from notification Email and change Date Format to dd.mm.y

I think all of those functions are on about line 170 of the config.cls.php page. You should be able to change the format to your needs near there.
