This post keeps getting moved and I can't find my last response which had more detail and a screen capture. Please can someone help to get this form software working properly.??

I have the latest Form Builder. When the user presses the submit button the forms come through to us OK but no matter what option I employ whether going to new page, new URL or display a confirmation message, it does not work. The form disappears from the page which then hangs in the users browser . I have customers having to call us to see if we received their form OK which is not good.

Making a new post is not very helpful. You should have left it on the other post. Because now, we do not have access to the site, or any of the information that was previously tried...

What is the URL to your form?

Moving posts is what happens when you post in the wrong place originally. From what I'm told you posted in the Suggestions forum which is where you post Suggestions rather than ask for them. Hope that helps understand why it was moved.

Pretty sure I did not post in "suggestions" originally . I think it was in S-Drive Forms but I don't properly understand what an S-Drive is so it may have been in the wrong place- if so I apologise. It was then moved to "email not working" which is not the problem. However I appreciate whatever support can be given now we are here.

So far I have converted two of the five forms in use on our site but since I have this problem, I have stopped at that for now.

The problem is that the processes after the submit button is pressed on these forms do not work ( I have included a screen capture of the part of the program in the post above to try to make this clear). I have tried to have a message appear, I have tried to have the user taken to a page in our site
http://www.prima-artists.com/Enquiry_thanks.html and I have tried to embed the code for this page into the form builder. None of these work. The form page goes blank and the user is not certain if the enquiry has been sent or not. The information from the form is delivered to us by email successfully. I have this all embedded in our site using File Menu > Export > Manual Server Setup. I have not used the S Drive option because I am not sure what this is, how it works or what it costs.

I would be happy if we can get one of the options to work. Hope I have made that clear.

You don't need to enter all the code for the page into the form builder. Go to settings the Confirm Options the check the radio button for Redirect to another url then enter the url to your page. Otherwise I would make a smaller form with all the same settings for testing and see if you still have problems. It's hard to test a form with so many inputs.

No worries Tony, posts get moved a lot, it's an ongoing thing and I can say I've had my share of my own posts in the wrong place for just not realizing I was in a different forum than I thought I was in lol, so it's ok that's what the forum admins are for

As for your form, not sure if you've taken it down or what, but if not I cannot see a form at all in Firefox 11 it's a blank area where it should be but no form.
