Sorry but I am new to HTML and form editing, but what I would like to do is edit my form submission (email version) to include the headings of my form. the issue I have here is that I really don't know what I am looking at when it comes to editing HTML code so I am reaching out to see if anyone can assist walking me through this???

Take me as a true newbie in the terms of even how do I put up code here and even an image of my email so someone can even look at it.

You'll need to style the header into your email. It's a pain to get emails style correctly and still have it arrive to the end users intact. I would take the html table approach.
