Good afternoon.

I recently purchased version 2.9, build 5509 because my clients forms would no longer work (reCaptcha update).

The form is located at http://www.hindsightsportfishing.com/contact.html

This is where I am at as of now (besides being on hold for the last 37 minutes);

The form was imported, and re-exported with reCaptcha V2 enabled, with the new keys. In Chrome, the form displays properly, accepts data, and errors when it should. When you submit the form, there is no error, but the confirmation frame doesn't appear. The form data never gets emailed to where it is supposed to go.

I have renamed the form, re-exported, changed the page code, etc. That didn't change anything.

In IE, the form does not show at all. There is an IIS error in the frame.

I am at a loss as to what to do. My customer is getting way beyond upset...

Thanks for any help. Dave

Hi David,
You need to upgrade your version of php on the server.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Eric,
I did that tonight, and now the form works to the point of throwing an error when you submit. Please try and submit a form at
http://www.hindsightsportfishing.com/contact.html

Based on the initial errors i got after the php was upgraded, I had to change the settings in the user.cfg file to smtp, along with the authentication info. It appears the error is the same.

Thanks. Dave

Going by the server test it looks like a file is either missing or not referenced correctly.

Eric,
ok....if you submit the form now, all works, with no errors. EXCEPT, the emailed results are not getting to where they need to go. The smtp settings are right. Once I got that, the errors cleared up.

Is there any errors on your host within the form directories?

I got it working late last night. The "from" email address in the smtp settings was a gmail address and it was bouncing. I set up a domain based email and copied the customer. It is working now.

Thanks for the help. It was a struggle! Dave
