Added new From Address under settings dialog

I need the submitted form to show it came from the submitter's email address. Right now it comes as the form name and my URL. Am I missing something?

If you click ReplyTo, does it go to the correct address?

Great. I will see if there can be any further tweaks made, but if memory serves, that is how it is supposed to work so that the messages do not get triggered as SPAM.

That makes perfect sense, but only the people who fill out these forms all in the same company. It just a bit taxing that I cant look down my inbox and see who has sent in the form with out opening each email.

So how do you get the email to show the address of the person who sent it? When I fill out the form online, it goes to my mailbox as I set it to, but the "sender" is a non-existent email address. No matter where I fill out the form or what email address I put in the form it always shows up as From: contact@mydomain.com I do not have a "contact@mydomain.com" email address. If I reply, it show going back to that same non-existent address. So of course, I get a "mail delivery failed" notice.

I need it to show From: whoever@sent-it.com

The email for the person submitting it needs to be one of the elements that's added to the actual form for the user to fill out.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Eric,
I think what he means is that the form comes back to us as the name of the form not the person that put the email address in the form. I have also noticed this the old flash showed what the email in the form.

I think that is what you meant is that correct Lloyd?

I would also like to see the email address not the name of the form

Eric,
That link does not really explain things. the name of my form is evaluation when it comes back to me it is evaluation@yourdomain.com does this make sense if joe@xxx.com filled out the form it does not come to me from joe@xxx.com it comes back as evaluation@mysite.com but when I open the email the form email address is there

Am I missing something
