I may have worded my search incorrectly, but I can't find ahow to create a form that does not take an email but submits the info to a php file to create a new page. Any pointers?

Two ways
1. Redirect to a php script that puts the result of the form submission into another page
2. Replace the form php with your own and post the data using the names of elements as set

You need to check the internet on reading a csv file and or receiving posted variables. There are plenty of examples available.
