I have a clients site on my Hostgator reseller account that quit sending the form to the client. I also get a copy to be a backup for him and I quit getting the cc copy. The email goes out to the sender like it's supposed to do.

This just started last week and I am wondering if anyone else that hosts with Hostgator has had anything like this happen.

I just messed up both forms trying to put a temporary notice up. I modified the forms and uploaded to the server and I guess my day has just been decided for me.

When we modify a form do we just upload the folder and php file to the server or have I missed a step.
? It's been a while since I worked with the form builder.

You may need to manually delete the old files first. I had issues with one host that took for ever to show my updates until I did this.

I just figured out I was uploading from the wrong folder. It's to early to be fixing a website. I need to use all the CC software more often.

I just don't get why a form will partially quit working but at least I got a notice up for the customers to call the client. That's just a temporary fix but better than nothing.
