Hi guys,

Wondering if I could get some assistance or direction.

At the moment our company designs Responsive Layouts for comps and then send it onto our developer to add a responsive form:

Sample is here: http://www.cokegolf.com.au/

Basically these form entries go to a back end database where I can download the entries as a .csv
Also I can have unique codes that correspond with the customers entry..

We'd like to be able to do this more in house. I know I can create the form with CC Web form builder - but not sure if it's got any capabilities of holding records etc.

Any help would be awesome!
-A.

Hi Adam,
The form builder can send data to csv or mysql.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.
