I uploaded all the files/folders generated by Web Form Builder (new one) to root folder of my server and this comes up where the form should be:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not Found

The requested URL /www.billkennermusic.com//CONTACTform/CONTACTform.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache Server at billkennermusic.com Port 80

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any thoughts on how I can fix?

Check your server side files and make sure the names are correct and also that they have uploaded. If they are uploaded can you provide a screen shot of the containing folder of your Form on your server side and the contents of that folder?

Hiya Thom,

Did you upload the "contents" of the folder that the form builder created or did you upload the folder called:

formname_exported

If you uploaded the one with the _exported in the name then what you need to do is upload what's inside of that folder instead. You should see a folder named:

yourfoldername_contact

Or something similar to that within that _exported folder as well as a .php file. Those are the files that need to be uploaded. You also need to make sure that you uploaded the files to the directory that the page with the form code on it is in.

If that is what you did then a link to the site would be helpful so we can see what the code says or doesn't say.

This is the first time I've had this problem. I am using form builder and can't get the form to show up. I get a 404 error.

You have a double // in your url after the .com, maybe thats the culprit...

"billkennermusic.com//CONTACTform/CONTACTform.html"
