I created a form that stores to my S-drive and has a Paypal payment option. In fact, I ONLY want the information to be submitted when a payment is made. I tried the form and let it go to the Paypal site. I simply closed the Paypal site and was sent back to the form. I got the submitted message so I checked my S-drive. A form WAS submitted but with blank fields. How do I prevent the form being submitted when no payment is completed?

I have heard that Paypal will be changing their procedures as of 2/1. Have you heard anything and, if so, will these changes effect the forms already created or to be created with Paypal options?

I think this has been a small problem for a few users with the payment option on a form. It's a tough thing to handle unless you are correct and PayPal changes how it handles the redirect so it won't execute until the payment is made. This could happen if you simply closed your browser after clicking submit.

I think you are wrong. It seems to have been a BIG problem for the user who want to use the payment option. As one user said, making believe it isn't a problem or minimizing it is NOT a solution. I upgraded my S-Drive account solely to handle this and now I am considering cancelling that upgrade. I can applaud CC for at least including this option while at the same time giving them a thumbs down for being unable to make it work correctly, I simply want to use this for a volunteer organization where there may be a 100 forms submitted. This would entirely unworkable for a business!

Right now we have no option for that. In a future update, we are probably going to add an option you can toggle on or off to decide how you want the data sent. This way you can have it sent on submit or only after payment is made.
