Form with payments doesn't work in...

Hey,

I got a donations form working like I wanted, with excellent help on this forum, especially from Gunsmoke (thanks!).

Now however I have discovered a follow-on problem. In Google Chrome, the form does just fine. Hit Submit, it takes me to the intermediate page, from which I can click to go to PayPal to finish the transaction.

Problem is, in Windows Internet Explorer, I hit Submit, the form just clears and goes nowhere. Chrome and Firefox, no problem. Internet Explorer: nothing.

Here's a link to the web page with the form, if you're interested:

Pretty frustrating. I'm a Google user, but there are lots of IE users out there, needs to work for them as well.

Thanks in advance for any assistance or suggestions.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

It fails for me on two separate machines, both running Win7.
This is weird

Works for me as well Chuck. Hmm, which version of IE are you trying? Have you adjusted any browser settings since installing? It seems to work with everyone else so there must be something specific with your machine or settings. You might try opening a support ticket with CoffeeCup. They might be able to steer you in another direction for help.

You form looks good by the way. Nice job!

This is truly weird. All ya'll see it work. It fails for me on three separate machines. All Win 7, two with IE 9, one with IE 10.

I guess I'll amend the warning to say "Some users report issues with Internet Explorer".

It seems ironic that only the author of the form sees the error.

There's a few more things you can try, but it's up to you... Open your IE and check your settings.
Under the 'General' tab, go down to 'Delete browsing history on exit' and click the 'Settings' tab. In the pop-up select 'Every time I visit a web page'. On my IE I have the security set to 'Medium' and privacy set to 'Medium'. You could also go to the 'Advanced' tab and select the option to 'Restore Advance Settings'. It may help, it may not. You might also want to use the 'Reset' option. If you change any of your settings, close IE and reboot your computer. Then give it a try again.

If that doesn't do it, I'm not sure what will.

one of my friends had an issue on my web form...turned out it was his "active x" not enabled. Just a thought.
