Try renaming your form without spaces in the name.
What is your doc type that your form is on?

ok, im in the process of changing the names with out spaces.. I ended up using another form manger, because the web form builder from coffee cup kept messing with my music players..it would not let them show up..but as soon as i deleted the form everything came back up.

There was probably a CSS conflict. Share a link to problems makes it easier for us to help you solve them. Just make sure your problem is actual showing. I suggest you make a duplicate page that you leave all the problems on for testing so you can share.
