I am lost. I have uploaded the files to www.paralegaladvice.com/plaform/
When I run the form, which is a simple form for testing, I get the following errror message
When I try to access the form into which I put the snippet in your export box, I get a 404 error even though the form is definitel at the address I specify http://www.paralegaladvice.com/plaform/ … orm55.html

The preview version appears to work, but does not send the forms out apparently. (as you say in your pop up)
I am really frustrated and have spent hours trying to make this work.
The problem is probably in the issue of which form I am supposed to put this snippet in
and where that form should be located on my server,
HELP DAMN IT!!!!! ;-)

<script type="text/javascript">document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe id=\"fb_iframe\" src=\"plaform.php" + window.location.search + "\" width=\"642\" height=\"683\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E&lt;a href=\"plaform.php\" title=\"plaform\"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;%3C/iframe%3E"));</script>
<noscript>
<iframe width="642" height="683" style="border:none; background:transparent; overflow:hidden;"
id="fb_iframe" src="plaform/plaform.html">
&lt;a href="plaform.php" title="plaform"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;
</iframe>
</noscript>

You have not uploaded the form files to the server in the correct location. Your form should be here at http://www.paralegaladvice.com/plaform/ … aform.html but instead you uploaded it to http://www.paralegaladvice.com/plaform/plaform.html

Couple of things to try. First, we are users just as you are. We do not work for Coffeecup so raising your voice (using ALL CAPS!!!) does not help. This is not customer support but users helping users. That said, welcome!

Okay, first (really this time) get rid of spaces in your filenames. Some servers will deal with them, some will not. Will usually cause problems somewhere. Use a dash ( - ) or underscore ( _ ) instead.

Second, do not upload the _exported directory that is created by WFB. Only upload the files and folders contained within that _exported folder. They should be uploaded to the same place where the web page that contains your form is located. ie. if your form is on a page at http://www.paralegaladvice.com then that is where the WFB files should be uploaded. If your form is on a page called http://www.paralegaladvice.com/plaform/coffee_form55.html then the WFB files should be uploaded to http://www.paralegaladvice.com/plaform/

If this is what you did, and it still fails after you get rid of the space in the filename, then I'm lost too. Hopefully someone else will chime in with some more good info. Either way, let us know what happens after you get rid of the space and check exactly where the files are uploaded, and we'll go from there. :cool:

OK Some one please clarify something related
I thought I saw a video tutorial on coffee cup talking about using MS Web Expression to convert their forms into a standard web format (html???)

I can't find that anywhere?
Can you point me to it??
Thanks

One of the problems was CHMOD permissions.... It would have been nice if CC had mentioned that little detail in their instructions.
