It is 10:30 AM here on the east coast of the USA. I just submitted two forms and got submit times of 3:30 PM. Why? Is there anyway to get the submit times to be My EST time or at least the form user's local time?

The time zone is set in the settings of the form builder. Choose the one that represents either yourself or the client
