Our forms when sending the information all show coming from: name@domain.com (name@domain.com via newsletter.coffeecup.com) This results in most form replies going into our Spam folders. The forms are on our S-drive. How do we get the forms to just be sent to our name@domain.com?

Thanks

Hi Zach,
What email address do you have set in the notification settings.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

The To: is 309Parking@parkeps.com
The Reply To: and From: are [email]

However, Support has told me that all forms are going to come from "name@domain.com via newsletter.coffeecup.com" because that's just how it works and I should try to set up an Exception in our Outlook to get them to show up in the Inbox rather than the Junk folder.

Ideas?
Lloyd

Go to your junk folder and find one of the emails. Right click and select Rules then Create Rule.
There you can setup where it goes.
