Everything seems to work fine, but after the form is submitted, the results go to my spam folder rather then the regular mail folder. Tried changing the subject line a few times but doesn't seen to make a difference. ASAP would be swell!!
Thank you!!
ALSO, where can i manually change the recipients e-mail address without having to go into the editor.

Have the person getting the E-Mail add the sender to their white list.

Here's what I do whenever I make a form for myself, and others too if they want it:

1. Create the form as usual.

2. Make the subject line a specific set of text such as:
Form Responses from (input your Site or Domain name here):

Then I go into my email server such as Gmail or Yahoo etc. and I set it to check for that specific phrase and tell it that it's ok (trust it, send it to inbox etc.).

Also since I use an email client I do the same there to make sure it's not marked as spam there either.

This does 2 things. Gives you the ability to trust a specific phrase for spam purposes, and it also gives you the ability to know exactly what that email is when you see it since you named the subject yourself. You can name it anything you want so you can add an ID in there or whatever so that it's easy to identify. This way you know it's not ever going to be a spam email and you can easily recognize what you want. Highly unlikely that a spammer will guess your exact subject line choice :)

Thanks Jo and Sir!

Since this is for a client, i did not want him to have to do anything..like in the oold days when hand coding a form.......but seems the only solution??

Any answer as to part b of my inquiry? Ill repeat it here:
Where can i manually change the recipients e-mail address without having to go into the editor.

(When i say editor, i mean the form builder program.) Thinking there must be a specific file since so much is outputted when creating a form, i just cannot find it!!:(

Thanks again!!

I wouldn't ever suggest changing things outside of the program that can be done within it, unless you have already done so and are not wanting to overwrite what you have already done that is.

This way if you do it within the program, then you won't have to fix it if you ever have to update the form later. Every time you edit something outside of the program, you risk the chance of any updates that you do later doing an overwrite of your external changes and you will most likely have to do each of those changes again every time you update it within the program as it won't see those changes when you load the file.

If you have already edited things outside the program and that is the reason you don't want to edit it within the program... that would be something someoene else will need to answer sorry.

As for the email thing for your clients, just tell them to trust whatever that subject line is or trust the domain it's coming from and they will be fine. That's not anything you have control over at all, that's something they have to do regardless of what it's coming from.
