Is there a way after the form is submitted it show what was sent - but can we refresh the form so it can be filled out again?

If you have a 'Thank you' page showing the end user what was submitted, you could create a 'back' button on it.

Like Inger stated all you need is a link to the form page and the refresh will reset the form.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
