I have created a form and inserted it in to RBB I have the correct files uploaded to the root folder but when the form is completed and I click submit it says that there is an error with the phone number. I have tried to vary the number of digits to see if that is the issue. I entered 11 numbers together and 5 space 6 number but it stills says I have entered an incorrect phone number.

Is there a setting on the form that I have missed or is it setup for an American phone number?

Hi Paul,
The correct format for the phone number is (555)555-5555

Paul, the default format is for US phone numbers, but there are some options that you can select. Open the Properties tab, and find Format.
