Hi Gang:
Just trying out this "new" web form builder".
Went with the default and loaded it to s-drive.
In VSD pasted the code in the HTML per instructions.
Nothing in the preview. Just says "connecting to ... coffeecup.com" and nothing happens.
Go ahead and publish the site and try the link live.
Long wait as it says it is downloading files from coffee cup.
Several attempts later I get
The connection has timed out
The server at crom.coffeecup.com is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
I tried the links on a couple of users' posts and THEIR forms aren't working.
So? is s-drive's from server down, right now? 2013Mar02 MST 21:50?
bye

Hi Gang:
Hmm.
Perhaps I've answered my own question.
I went to s-drive, to the form.
Click on the settings icon and view.
Timers whirl and the text says downloading and then it gives the preceding time out error. So I'm thinking it is not me but s-drive right now.
Guess this is an s-drive question but don't want to post it twice.
I'll leave it for now and try tomorrow.

Your form loads instantly for me here Eric. Tested it over AT&T Network and through Comcast.

for me too, loads right away. Try clearing your browser cache if you're still having issues viewing it Eric

Loads for me also. Probably a connection issue.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thank you everyone for looking.
Thank you Scott for posting the link.
Hmmm.
A year or so ago I had lots of problems with the CC web site. Freezing and slow downloads. I reported it to CC but got no reply and I moved on. But life has changed and now I have a chance to really work with the CC software. So I switched to Firefox and all has been well.
Now this form. I see there have been many visits to the form so it is working.
Seems the problem is on my side. And I'm thinking with my ISP since I get this on all the computers at this location. I'll go verify it on a different ISP and get back to you.

Where did you send these emails to Eric? Looking at your account, you have only opened one support topic and that was in 2009.
Glad to here that Firefox is working for ya.

Wow. Thanks for looking that up. You are dedicated to CoffeeCup.
I would have posted it using the option on this web site. So probably "support / contact us".
But.
The evidence is now strongly pointing to the problem being on my side with my ISP. Given the strange stuff I was seeing with CC pages loading then it never got to you. So. I'd say you can put this to rest in your mind Scott. I'm am going to work with my guys on Monday to see what is causing the problem. I just went to another location and it is served by a different ISP and the form works fine. Just as everyone reported.
So. Leave it with me.
I promise I'll report what I find.

Yeah Ericb. Don't you just love the help you get here, I have learned so much from just reading the solutions. It would make a how to bible. Why I hang around. Some of the people who donate their time to help others is a testament to how we all feel about this company and what it delivers.

Yes Prism this is one of the friendly forums around. Reminds me of the Good Ol' Days with Compuserve.
I'm still not a fan of web forums but this is well done.
I especially appreciate the search tools. I routinely search the forums.
What surprises me is how many links to "how to" articles I uncover in the forum but didn't find on the web site. There is just so much stuff. Good stuff. And good folks.
Another reason I'm a fan of CoffeeCup.
