Hi.

My new (wonderful) form is not passing all the fields in the email.

Please take a look at:

http://www.hobesoundrealtor.com/

The form link is at the bottom.

The email content (missing the Comments field information) is as follows:

This person filled out your website form, and here's what they said:
Name: Miya Again
Phone Number: xxx-xxx-xxx
Email: linda@xxxx.com
Submitted On: 2013-08-09 15:41:37
IP Address: xxx.xxx.xx.xx

Thanks for any thoughts.

Go to Settings > Email Notices > Configure Email Message and click Restore Default Values. Save and upload the form and see if that fixes it.

done, thanks for the heads up Gunsmoke :)

@Digdig.. Please be careful not to post phone numbers and email addresses on the forums here. These forums are public and therefore subject to search engine spiders and that could put all that information world wide on the web :P

Just tried that. Same problem.

On the confirm page (a popup) the comments are missing as well.

The data for the field is not showing in the .csv file either.

Yikes.

You would need to restore the default's to all areas of the program. It sounds like you manually made changes and left some elements out.
