I have not worked with the HTML Editor for some time now, but I added a new page dealing with the new 2014 Corvette. The only change I made to the Contact page was add the link in my drop down menu for that new page. The contact form was working as late as Aug 29 The changes were made on Sept 9. Now my form is not showing on the page. I tried to upload the form through Direct FTP, but again not sure where it needed to go.

The form on your contact page is referencing S-Drive but the markup it is using is not for a valid form. On S-Drive you cannot upload a form with Direct FTP. You need to use the Publish feature in Form Builder. After the form is uploaded, just paste in the markup and the form will appear.

Thanks Scott as always. It is working now. Not sure how it disappeared to start with, but it is again up and running.
