Hi.......I design a very simple form, like the way it looks, and when I hit the preview button
the layout changes, and the published/saved form also looks different than the designed layout.

screen capture showing the difference:

o.k. I got rid of the email element and made my own using a text box & that seemed to display properly
in the preview page, but when uploaded to the site it gets re-arranged.

send results to an email is not working, but I'll search for solutions in other threads.

Hi James,
Try maximizing your Formbuilder design screen.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Eric.......gave that a go but no luck.
The layout of what shows in the Form Design window gets shifted when published.

Guess I'll live with it for now and look for "other" :) solutions.

thanks for trying to help.

Here's the issue. Line 162 of your contact.html
.div-contactform {
height: auto;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
width: 750px;
}
