Form in Table cell too long

I've inserted the code into a cell in my table.
Whatever I do, there is a huge gap between the form and the next row (cell) below the table.
I've tried to tweak the settings within the code but no luck.
Any suggestions?

You had two iframes in there and they were colliding. You only needed one.

You will have to increase the IFrame height to accommodate your required entry forms.

Here is the code, <iframe width="860" height="1240" adjust the 1240 to around 1300 or so and click the submit button with nothing filled in and see if that works...
