Hi.

My form:

calls for three columns for the Check and Radio fields yet shows as only one column each when published on my server.

Any ideas?

Thanks from overcast Florida.

You have to adjust the width by adjusting the percentage of each field if you want them to be side by side. Also your form area may not be large enough to accommodate 3 side by side fields at all, maybe 2.

I don't want side-by-side fields. I want those fields with three columns (radio and check boxes) to display as in the preview.

I guess I don't understand why the preview looks one way and the actual looks another.

The issue here is the <div> container the form is in does not have enough room. If you look at the form outside of your page, it is correct:

I must be tired.

My <div> is set for 370px. In Web Builder the form is set to Maximum of 355 with 0 margins.

I noticed that when the code is generated for pasting into my page, the Height is VERY tall; seems to not match what i see in preview.

Thanks for your efforts.

Setting the field width of the element is also part of it. There is a pull down menu that allows you to set the width of the element. Play with that some as well as making sure there is no padding or margin on the element too. That's the only thing you can do considering the width of your form area is very narrow. I can't help any further than that since you protected the form page from being viewed. Good luck with it.
Also there is a side by side or something like that setting for the radio and check boxes rather than 3 columns, that is also a lot closer than the 3 column is, try that one.
