Hi, I am getting an error "Failed to execute query associated to this form."
I had it working yesterday, needed to add more fields so started from fresh with the database. And uploaded the new form.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I would dbl check that your database actually exists and or your saving data settings.

I have it sorted! I had added another text box which brought the character count higher than table allowed. So I just reduced the length in the text box properties
