I hope you can help me. I created a website using site developer, created a form using form lite and was able to publish the form a week ago. Now after making some edits, I cannot get the form to work in the website with visual site designer. Link to website: http://castlehunting.coffeecup.com/site/index.html
Link to form https://www.coffeecup.com/sdrive/dashboard/15605/forms/ the form should work, but when I go to the website and click the link for the form, I get a blank page with the message "press back button" (that's not even a message on the form).

I'm exporting the form, copying the header part into the web page using edit header. I am then copying the body html into the flash box created on the page under the body tab. Help!
