Form changes element positions &...

Hi all.......
big sigh.......I asked this question before but never got an answer, I just reformatted a form a little and finally got it
to look o.k.

But.........the client wants to change the form, add some entries, & after an hour of "playing" with it I give up.

Attached is a screen capture of the finished form in coffee cup (yes full screen, & the preview looks the same)
but after it gets loaded, into a div, it reformats itself.

the form is 675 px wide and the div it gets loaded into is 705 px wide.

here's a link to the form on a test page on my site:

http://www.studioivphotography.com/TY5/ … ation.html

and a link to the .fb file

http://www.studioivphotography.com/applicant.fb

Can anyone tell me why this is happening, & how to solve the problem.

I did play around with the default.css to try & minimize some border & margins, but without any luck.

Thanks, in advance, Mike

Hi James,
Does it look correct here?

One thing is that your using a responsive form on a non-responsive page.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Eric.......your .fb file seems to work fine. Thank you, Thank you!

Mulling over the differences........
not really sure why the form as I originally laid it out reformats itself,
but I was pretty sure I was giving the div it was in enough width.

Is there a theme in ccfb that is by design better suited for non-responsive pages/divs?

fyi......I'm basically a copy & paste (scripts) web designer, but folks like my design skills so one thing led to another.

Again thanks for you help, I'll ponder your solution & see if I can make any sense out of it.

Best, James

I switched the form .fb theme to a nonresponsive one.
