I'm new to CC software, I purchased the whole package last month and still trying to find my way around in it. I'm really not a web designer, I'm an electrical engineer who does embedded hardware and software design. However, I have done a few websites periodically, so not green but not an expert....
I am not very familiar with much past basic HTML.

I built a form a couple of weeks back, everything looked good. I moved it to the web hosting, along with the directory of support files. Now, the form works fine until I hit the "Submit" button, at which point I get this:

Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):

Warning: [ err 2/line 391/config.cls.php] session_start(): open(/var/php_sessions/sess_c5d4b887244067352d6263bfac3ace13, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2)

I could not find this specific problem while searching the forums.... Any ideas?

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Okay, thanks. I'll check into that. TOLD ya I wasn't familiar with much past HTML and a little Javascript.
This particular website is the only one that I've ever done that I had "hosted"....

However, if you want analog/digital/embedded electrical design, and floating-point software at the assembler level,
I'm one of the rare birds who knows that stuff.... :D

You lost me at 'However ...' :P

Welcome to the forums. There are a number of 'sharpies' in this bunch so ask all the questions you like. Someone will have an answer. Good luck on your project. :cool:

We had a grad student do this using integrated circuits. Should be a little eye candy for you.:lol:

I've messed with a few small basic stamp projects making sensor alarms for our facility.
Fun stuff.:)

Yeah, that's more the kind of stuff that I do, having an Atmel microcontroller in it. I've been doing this long enough to have designed/programmed everything from the Intel 8085 forward... My company started out using the Intel 4004 (4-bit micro!) with 1K of ROM and 128 bytes of RAM, thankfully that was a bit before my time. :D

Thanks for the help, I'm learning all this web design on my own, and my "free" time is very limited.
