If anyone can help. Im placing a form on the left site of the page pge. In the nav about 1/2 way down the page. When I add the files built from the form builder, it messes up my button in the nav and the picture button in the middle of the page. When I delete the files, all goes back to normal. Any help will be fine.

I bought this program to help save time. So far ive wasted alot of time trying to figure out the issue which is from the files I add that the form builder creates.

Site is www.gentlaw.com.
Issue is on the home page.

Hiya Sam,

Can you be more specific on what the issue actually is? I don't see anything wrong at all with the menu or the form on the home page. I checked in both FireFox and IE current versions.

Sam if your trying to embed the new form builder and go away from the current flash version I would suggest you copy your page and change the name. Now add the form builder script to your testing page and upload so we can see the issue.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Sam,

I am going to guess that you are having a margin or padding issue. Check the margin or padding on the form and make sure you set it to 0 as you can use your main page CSS for this.

If this is not the issue, are you able to upload a test page as Eric suggested so that we may test the form ourselves?

Hello: I seem to be having a similar issue. I hope I have posted this in the right place. I have inserted a form on my contact page (walterbjenkins.com/Contact-Me.html) but I am having some issues with how that page loads. In IE, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox the page shifts to the right and then shfits back to the left. On my iPad, it completely re-sizes and then goes back to the intended size. It does not behave this way when the code is removed. None of the other pages render this way.

In Opera, the banner renders several inches lower than in the other browsers and clicking on any of the buttons at the top of the page takes you to the contact page.

Here is the CSS where the form is inserted:

.col4 {float: left;
width: 450px;
border: none;
margin-left: 20px;
margin-bottom: 40px;
text-align:justify;
text-indent:50px;
}

I have tried changing the values but can't seem to resolve the problem. If I were a betting man I would chalk it up to operator error. Can anyone help me with this? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need any additional info. Thank you in advance for your time. Have a great day.

The contact page looks pretty the same as the rest for me in FX. I do see a jump for a split second but I'm on a 20 meg connection so it's hard to see the shift unless I really watch for it. All your pages have horizontal scroll for me.:(

Jo how about you?:)

I'm seeing the flicker, but that's been like that always for loading forms and elements like them in pretty much any browser. I'm not seeing the shift though, but....

I have seen it myself on a site I was editing a form on. When ever I'd update the form and refresh the page it would do that little side shift thing and update, and sometimes it didn't always update correctly either so I think it's a cache thing to be honest.

In the end though I don't think it's anything to worry about as it's just a refresh thing and it could be one of a hundred variables causing that. If it's something you think that CC should look at though I would put in a support ticket and have them check that out.

I don't see any horizontal scroll at all so either he fixed it already or you need a bigger monitor Eric hehe :P Shouldn't see horizontal scroll though at all as it's not really that wide of a site. I'm on a 24 inch monitor though and I don't see any if that helps :)
